How Many Treatments of PRP / Prolotherapy are Required?

The response to treatment varies. Most patients require one to three treatments. Patients are evaluated to see how they will respond to the injections. For more severe problems, additional injections may be necessary. Some people respond immediately, but most of the time, it takes approximately 8-12 weeks to get optimal response to the treatment.
